We are looking for a qualified Director of Tech Ops to help Mythical define the future of blockchain-enabled games.
As a Director of Tech Ops, you'll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving the success of our marketplace product.

Responsibilities:

  • Covering all operational aspects of the Technology department;
  • Vendors and vendors relationships management
  • Supporting procurement procedures within the Technology department;
  • Managing and supporting  SLAs and KPIs of the Tech department;
  • Managing on-call duties of the developers and DevOps;
  • Coordinating on-call activities in case of emergency;
  • Co-managing liveops developers and DevOps;
  • Improving Platform reliability and availability, supporting other NFRs;
  • Supporting SVP of Tech in strategic and tactical decisions.

Requirements and skills:

  • Development or DevOps background;
  • Experience working with GCP, GoLang, Mongo, Postgres, CockroachDB;
  • Experience working with and building monitoring and alerting systems;
  • Basic+ understanding of Blockchains(ETH, Polkadot);
  • 5+ years of experience in managing tech teams, and departments; 
  • Experience in communicating with vendors and managing vendors' relationships;
  • Successful cases of following and enforcing SLAs and KPIs for tech teams;
  • Fluent conversational English.
