FIFA Rivals is looking for an experienced Community & Social Media Manager to lead our global fan engagement across Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram. This role is perfect for a football (soccer) enthusiast with deep knowledge of gaming and social media trends. You’ll be responsible for growing and activating the FIFA Rivals community, creating engaging content, and fostering an inclusive and passionate fanbase.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Growth
• Own and manage FIFA Rivals Discord, Telegram, and other key social channels, fostering a strong community.
• Plan and execute interactive engagement campaigns, including Q&As, challenges, and live events.
• Act as the voice of FIFA Rivals, responding to community concerns, feedback, and trends in real time.

Social Media Content & Strategy:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across X, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to drive engagement.
• Create and manage high-impact content, including memes, videos, and viral football-related moments.
• Collaborate with influencers, esports players, and content creators to enhance visibility.

Trendspotting & Real-Time Engagement:
• Stay on top of football news, transfer rumors, and major tournaments to create timely and relevant content.
• Tap into trending football culture, esports, and gaming memes to keep FIFA Rivals at the center of the conversation.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:
• Track and analyze engagement metrics across platforms, reporting insights and optimizations.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine community and content strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in community and social media management, preferably in gaming, sports, or Web3.
• Deep passion for football (soccer), FIFA, and gaming culture.
• Experience managing and growing Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram communities.
• Strong knowledge of football trends, player personalities, and fan culture.
• Creative mindset with a knack for meme marketing, social engagement, and viral content.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with gaming and football audiences.
• Familiarity with Web3, NFTs, and blockchain gaming is a plus.

The expected base salary range for this role is based on the location where the employee’s work will be performed and is aligned to one of our three compensation pay range tiers. Base pay is just one part of Mythical’s total compensation package, which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their efforts and contributions. This role is also eligible to participate in Mythical’s Corporate Bonus and Equity Plan.

UK Pay Range 

£52,000 - £70,000

US Pay Ranges by Tier: 

Tier 1: $96,000 - $132,000

Tier 2: $86,000 - $119,000

Tier 3: $77,000 - $106,000

Locations by Tier:

Tier 1 Locations: San Francisco Bay Area - California

Tier 2 Locations: Remainder of California (outside of the SF Bay Area), Washington state, Massachusetts state, New York state

Tier 3 Locations: All other states outside of California, Washington, Massachusetts, and New York

*The role is open to candidates in the following states on a remote basis: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Texas & Washington

The base salary for each successful applicant will be dependent on a variety of factors, including work location, education, qualifications, competencies, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
