Job Description

Reality Games seeks a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join their Growth Team. Responsibilities include resolving player issues across multiple platforms, actively engaging with the community on Discord, supporting in-game events and LiveOps, and optimizing support processes. The role is full-time, based in Kraków, Poland, in a historical railway station building. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills (B2+ English), a positive attitude, and a passion for community-driven games. A Bachelor's/Master's degree (or in progress) is also required.

We’re also thrilled to announce the soft launch of our latest project - Monopoly World, a groundbreaking geolocation-based game! 🚀 

As our team continues to grow, we’re currently looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Growth Team - someone eager to develop their skills while managing a community of over 4 million players (and counting!).

It's a full-time, work-from-office position in the historical railway station building in Kraków.

Your responsibilities:

  • Resolving player issues
  • Managing Discord and engaging with the community
  • Supporting in-game events and LiveOps
  • Optimizing support processes

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Interest in community-driven games

  • At least 1-year of previous customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills, B2+ English

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or in progress)

About The Company

Reality Games is an up and coming gaming studio developing mobile games based on live, real world Big data.
We are a team of 60 people based in Krakow at the iconic building of the Railway Station located in the heart of the historic centre of the city. We have also business representatives in London.

In early 2015, Reality Games launched its first game based on: Landlord Real Estate Tycoon. 
It received huge global success with over 12 million players.
Following the success of Landlord, we intend to release Big Data Game Engine.
We are expect that our Game Engine will simplify game development for external companies and make it much more cost and time effective, as there will not be a need for artificially created content.
