Distribution Channel Manager

To support the continued growth of the UK&I business, we are looking for a commercially and technically experienced Distribution Channel Manager (DCM) who can build on the existing engagement with our distribution partners in the UK&I region. You will report directly to the UK&I Sales Manager.

Your day-to-day focus

While maintaining our channel strategy, you will focus on proactive engagement with key distribution stakeholders to ensure that the Milestone product and services portfolio is fully understood and that these stakeholders are able to communicate Milestone’s unique selling points independently. These stakeholders include senior leadership, internal and external sales, product management, marketing and technical support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure engagement with the key distribution stakeholders
• Strategically onboard partners in line with the Milestone Partner Program (MPP)
• Lead training and workshop events to increase and maintain knowledge levels within stakeholder teams
• Coordinate marketing engagement with our respective channel marketing teams.
• Coordinate technical engagement with our respective Pre-Sales technical teams 
• Attend exhibitions and events that mutually benefit Milestone and our distribution partners
• Ensure opportunity and forecast accuracy 
• Ensure records in our CRM are kept up-to-date and accurate at all times
• Be prepared to measure and demonstrate your activities and results with Milestone and distributor management within quarterly business reviews

On joining a very successful team of individuals, the successful candidate will receive a very competitive renumeration package including base salary and on target earnings as well as car allowance and other work and health allowances. You will be home based with all phone and IT equipment being provided by the company.
