Description
In this role at HP you will be focusing on 2 core responsibilities:
First and foremost, you will ensure that the site is constantly serving the right content to the right customer at the right time to the highest standards, always with sales at the forefront of your objectives.
Secondly you will be focusing on accelerating the online performance, coordinating projects & campaigns, improving conversion rates, scaling visits and conversions.
With your experience in an online content or ecommerce environment, you will be responsible for:
Managing quarterly promotional and content roadmaps for the HP Online Store in collaboration with business segment leads.
Running regular checks on the content of the store to ensure that the site is performing to the highest standards for achieving optimal results. (Homepages, Gateways, Microsites, Offer Detail Pages, Product Details Pages & key promotional touchpoints)
Bridging the gap between business owners and implementation according to all agreed SLA's and existing processes. You will be responsible for transforming briefs for local and central promotions into full-fledged campaigns, with a 360° view of the campaign from start to finish.
Acting as the front-end gatekeeper, you will ensure the right content appears at the right time in line with HP brand guidelines.
Briefing and/or implementing briefs to or from other contributors and team members.
Contributing to existing workflows and making suggestions for improvement whenever possible.
Creation of weekly newsletters and getting involved with the optimization of every touchpoint with our end-users.
Merchandising the in-Store search engine using custom promotions, synonyms and auto-completion.
Making sure that your key decisions are based on analyzed data. With your thorough understanding of key point indicators, you will be accountable for making or advising prompt data-driven decisions to improve the online experience and sales figures.
Testing new functionalities introduced to the Store or our systems and giving feedback based on your experience.
The Person
Passion about the web, technology and emerging online trends are a must. As such we are looking for applicants who can show the following characteristics:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Spanish language is mandatory.
Highly organized and structured working methods.
Good eye for design and keen on details.
Ability to work independently on tight deadlines.
High energy levels and proactive work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and change priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
Team players are very welcome. You will be expected to lead, liaise and instruct team members and other stakeholders from time to time.
Analytical thinking as well the ability to analyze reports and suggest areas for improvements.
Ability to drive ideas.
A drive to learn, grow and shape your career path.
The Skills
Excellent project management, organizing and coordination skills.
Understanding of SEO, SEM & site optimization.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Usage of analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
MS Office Suite.
Understanding of A/B-testing or multivariate testing is desired. Experience is a plus.
