Job Description

Tesla seeks an enthusiastic Facility Management Intern for its EMEA Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team in Amsterdam. This 6-month, full-time internship (starting February 2025) requires current enrollment in education. Responsibilities include developing facility administration processes, fostering stakeholder partnerships, analyzing data and operational efficiencies, conducting audits, managing facility management systems, and supporting the enhancement of EMEA facility operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in process analysis and documentation, and adept at presenting complex information clearly. Strong collaboration and communication skills (C1 English proficiency) are essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Facility Management Intern to join our EMEA Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring continuous improvement projects are successfully implemented across the facilities management organization, focusing on delivering the highest standards of asset management and maintenance strategy.

What You’ll Do

Develop essential facility administration processes to aid the management of statutory compliance
Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
Execute detailed analyses of data, costs, and operational efficiencies
Conduct thorough audits to gauge program performance and impact
Oversee the identification, deployment, and review of Facility Management systems
Support the management of robust, scalable programs to enhance operations across EMEA facilities

What You’ll Bring

Detail-oriented with a relentless approach to uncovering and resolving systemic issues
Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes
Competence in presenting complex topics succinctly and clearly
Adept at meeting the requirements of diverse teams and projects under stringent timelines
A team player with a collaborative spirit, able to excel in a cross-functional environment
Level C1 in English (written and spoken), with additional language abilities beneficial
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects with intricate deadlines
