Tesla is looking for a Aftersales Support Coordinator to join our Aftersales team for EMEA based in the Netherlands. This group plays a cross-functional role in the global and regional design, planning, building, start-up and optimization of Tesla’s commercial parts distribution infrastructure and organization.

This team leverages Tesla’s uniquely integrated structure and in-house systems to make products that unlock the full potential of Tesla vehicles. as we rapidly scale our vehicle fleet in EMEA, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual to help us maximize the business opportunity for commercial parts management across the EMEA region.

In this role you will drive the growth of this business area, applies or adapts at EMEA level the part strategies and action plans to increase or preserve profitability, volume, customer satisfaction among internal and external parties. Coordinate all stakeholders for this purpose.

Candidates should have the ability to check their ego at the door, a willingness to do work at all levels, and a desire to grow and contribute to Tesla’s impact in the world.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with digital, finance, regional field teams and other key stakeholders to ensure program updates are shared and actionable
  • Support commercial customers requests and provide world class customer service to customers
  • Identify and implement operational processes and systems required to deliver exemplary service to customers, both internal and external
  • Building with the different businesses involved in the parts activity the commercial strategy of its scope for aftersales
  • Identify and implement initiatives for tactical optimization of daily operations, process and systems for efficiency of transport, warehouse or service center capacity
  • Partner with sales, service and body repair operations in resource planning and process execution, regarding sales forecasting, inventory level and supply chain management
