What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and refine business strategies for core departments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business logic.

Continuously optimize strategies and business analysis tools to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Conduct data-driven analysis to identify key factors influencing business growth and evaluate the effectiveness of various business strategies, operational actions, and resource allocations.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Collaborate effectively with business, product, and strategy teams to achieve organizational goals.

Able to to work independently with product teams, effectively advocating for and driving strategic changes. Possesses strong business and product acumen, to drive product enhancement based on business requirements.
What We Look For In You
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Fluency in both Chinese and English
-
More than 5 years of experience in data analysis / growth strategy management , market analysis, industry analysis, or business analysis.

Expertise in tools such as Excel and SQL, with the ability to leverage AI tools to solve complex problems.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
-
Experience in product development is highly desirable.

A strong willingness and ability to learn, coupled with a keen interest in exploring new concepts and innovations.
