The Program Manager, Business Integration – International at Disney Live Entertainment is responsible for leading talent outreach, developing and implementing talent programs to attract diverse talent, and creating talent development and retention plans. Job Description:

As Program Manager, Business Integration – International reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration - International, you will be responsible for leading talent outreach to identify and inspire the next generation of Disney Live Entertainment cast members, across all disciplines inclusive of technical, production, creative and performance. You will also lead communications and engagement strategies to inspire and elevate existing cast members. You will support HR and Talent Casting strategies both regionally and globally. You will help to drive inclusion initiatives to ensure the stories we tell represent the diversity of the guests we inspire. You will also support the management of the International Council and its subcommittees, particularly as it relates to outreach initiatives.

This role requires an energetic, passionate, knowledgeable advocate and ambassador for Disney Live Entertainment, with an understanding of training pathways and daily cast experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent outreach programs to attract and engage new and diverse talent for Disney Live Entertainment.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Casting, and external stakeholders to create and execute talent development and retention plans for existing cast members.
  • Engage regional education institutions and partner institutions to develop relevant curricula and schemes to nurture the next generation of Disney Live Entertainment leadership talent.
  • Design and deliver communications and engagement campaigns to showcase the opportunities and achievements of Disney Live Entertainment cast members.
  • Work closely with global Communications partners to manage social media channels within the region and create original content to inspire cast members.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align talent engagement and development initiatives with business objectives and values.
  • Champion and advocate for inclusion and belonging in all aspects of Disney Live Entertainment, ensuring that our stories reflect the diversity of our audiences and communities.
  • Support the management of the International Council and its subcommittees, particularly as it relates to outreach initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to elevate the Disney Live Entertainment brand across the region, as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent management, human resources, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent engagement and development, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for Disney Live Entertainment and its products, brands, and values.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Passion for and knowledge of Disney’s brands, franchises, and live entertainment offerings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is desirable.
