This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

As a Facility Security Operations Analyst, you will identify and analyze potential sources of loss to minimize risk. Responsible for breaking down sophisticated information (e.g. legal, operational risk) into understandable terminology and be able to communicate these with clarity and precision. You will also educate the organization to ensure compliance and understanding.

This will include advising management and collaborators of findings and making recommendations to improve standard processes and polices. In this regard, you are an internal consultant/counselor, advising managers and colleagues on issues and risk managements tactics.

  • Screening multiple sources of information and initiating a response with support from other team members

  • Assessing potential sources of operational risk events for the business

  • Supporting Risk/Security audits and regulatory inquiries regarding Real Estate Facilities and Security

  • Supporting operations and risk management documentation.

  • Following standard processes to implement requests

  • Understanding the overall goal and contribution of own focus area

  • Supervising critical systems and facilities alarms for its impact on personnel, operations, office locations and technology

  • Raising breaking facilities incidents through pre-established critical issue protocols

  • Responding promptly to alarms for critical systems and access

  • Initiating incident/crisis management if vital and advising pre-identified personnel

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 1 year of proven experience such as a research-based role including validation of sources

  • New graduates with related educational background and internship experience will be considered

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Amenable to shifting schedule and weekend work as the team operates 24/7

  • Must be amenable to work in rotational shift (12NN – 12MN; 12MN – 12NN)

  • Must be open to work in 4 days on, 3 days off with 12 hours of shift
