Job Title: Finance Manager I, FC (1-Year Temporary role)

Role Overview:
EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment with over 25 years of innovation, passion, and connecting millions of players across the globe to their favorite sports, teams, and players. If you are passionate about global football and building immersive digital entertainment, this 1-Year temporary role is a great way to gain exposure to the P&L behind the game. As the EA SPORTS Football Club (FC) Finance Manager I, you will work hybrid from one of our EA offices based in North America, supporting FC Commercial Management. You will provide finance support (forecasts, reporting, and other financial modeling) on Full Game FC HD revenue and cost of sales. You will report to the FC Finance Director based in North America.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $92,600 - $135,600 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
