We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial team in India. You will report directly to the India Head with a functional reporting to the group CFO.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Prepare financial reports for statutory / tax / stock exchange or any other regulatory audits, reviews.
  • Create and meticulously maintain the financial statements / records, revise and update on a timely manner to manage the accruals and operating budgets.
  • Reconcile the bank statements and purchase orders, fixing the discrepancies, if any.
  • Handle payable / receivables and create short-term cash projections.
  • Providing assistance with employee payroll administration.
  • Ensure record-keeping policies as per regulatory timelines.
  • Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the vendors, Stock Exchange finance teams, Clearing Corporation etc.
  • Dual reporting for this position, India Head and Group global CFO.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:

  • Chartered Accountant professional qualification
  • 7+ years’ experience working as a finance associate.
  • Extensive knowledge of the India accounting standards, IFRS and best practices in the fiscal procedures and applicable tax codes.
  • Good exposure to managing direct and indirect taxation and the expertise results in accurate financial reporting and efficient account management.
  • Understanding of the RBI compliance, FEMA regulations, cross border transactions, transfer pricing regulations, conducting statutory audits and Stock
  • Exchange related compliances.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superb organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in integrated financial management software would be an added advantage.
  • Need to appear for NISM – VII series.
