We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial team in India. You will report directly to the India Head with a functional reporting to the group CFO.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Prepare financial reports for statutory / tax / stock exchange or any other regulatory audits, reviews.
Create and meticulously maintain the financial statements / records, revise and update on a timely manner to manage the accruals and operating budgets.
Reconcile the bank statements and purchase orders, fixing the discrepancies, if any.
Handle payable / receivables and create short-term cash projections.
Providing assistance with employee payroll administration.
Ensure record-keeping policies as per regulatory timelines.
Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with the vendors, Stock Exchange finance teams, Clearing Corporation etc.
Dual reporting for this position, India Head and Group global CFO.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:

Chartered Accountant professional qualification
7+ years’ experience working as a finance associate.
Extensive knowledge of the India accounting standards, IFRS and best practices in the fiscal procedures and applicable tax codes.
Good exposure to managing direct and indirect taxation and the expertise results in accurate financial reporting and efficient account management.
Understanding of the RBI compliance, FEMA regulations, cross border transactions, transfer pricing regulations, conducting statutory audits and Stock
Exchange related compliances.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Superb organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in integrated financial management software would be an added advantage.
Need to appear for NISM – VII series.
