This role focuses on IT operations and access control, with secondary responsibilities in supporting cloud infrastructure. You will manage user accounts, provisioning, and access control across multiple applications. You will also lead onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth access transitions for employees. You will oversee and troubleshoot access permissions in our systems, maintaining security compliance. You will provide Level 1 support for AWS infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, CloudWatch) as needed. You will monitor application alerts and assist with simple troubleshooting for AWS-based services. You will support basic issues related to web applications, coordinating with engineering for complex matters. You will maintain and update support documentation related to access management and onboarding/offboarding processes. You will ensure issues and resolutions are tracked in the ticketing system for historical reference and future learning.
