About the role

Roll up your sleeves and climb on board if you’re ready to be the next Budgeting & Planning Manager for Gojek Food & Ads Group. In this role, you will be an integral player in the Business team based in Indonesia. Focusing heavily on data and financial analysis/modeling, be sure to wear your thinking cap as you embark on a journey of strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and influential communication skills in efforts to help Gojek become the go-to (pun intended) platform for customers, merchant partners and driver partners. You will also have a lot of exposure to Gojek’s leadership and a more holistic view of the business. So, are you ready to get us even closer to our Northstar?

What you will do

Led the yearly budgeting process as well as monthly and quarterly financial targets setting and ensuring overall target alignment for Gojek Food and Advertising business
Track and monitor actual business performance while also providing insights on drawbacks, learnings, and areas of improvement
Coordinate with different streams to prepare for monthly reviews relating to business performance and OKRs
Understanding the impact of business initiatives on financial metrics and aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure it is accurately reflected in the data
Conduct impact sizing for potential new initiatives and/or revenue streams
Prepare ad-hoc analysis such as peers benchmark, segment breakdown, or others as required for the business objective
Provide ongoing support and guidance to departments in managing their budgets effectively

What you will need

At least 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or business partnering roles
Proven ability to provide financial insights and influence business decision-making
Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with a good level of empathy
End-to-end problem-solving mindset
