Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of computers, network devices, printers, and end-user needs. Assist the team with any other IT-related tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors for equipment and services.
Manage IT infrastructure, including server, backups, system monitoring and generating reports.
Implement and monitor office IT security measures, including antivirus management.
Support IT needs for day-to-day business operations and during company events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly.
Job Requirements
Minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
Basic fundamentals of network skills and knowledge
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
Competence in documenting standard and application operating procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Willing to work fully WFO from the Jakarta Office.
