Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of computers, network devices, printers, and end-user needs. Assist the team with any other IT-related tasks as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
  • Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors for equipment and services.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including server, backups, system monitoring and generating reports.
  • Implement and monitor office IT security measures, including antivirus management.
  • Support IT needs for day-to-day business operations and during company events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly.

 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Basic fundamentals of network skills and knowledge
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Competence in documenting standard and application operating procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to work fully WFO from the Jakarta Office.
