Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Finance Transformation Lead
Lead and manage finance transformation projects across various finance functions such as: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report,
Create solutions based upon best practice, PwC offering and defined target operating model
Work with senior members of the team to help out clients convert their needs into business and functional specifications and requirements,
Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems, co-design internally developed PwC applications that supports Finance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems,
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines,
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in finance technology
As a strategic part of the team, you will be working directly with the PwC FMS Capability Leads and Financial Controller.
Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within a large organization or consultancy,
Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, M365) and automation technologies (RPA, AI, machine learning),
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously,
Practical skills in identifying client/ business process needs and conceptualizing business solutions for achieving corporate goals,
Expertise in mapping business requirements by interacting with senior management and stakeholder-clients,
Excellent command of the Polish & English languages, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
German or other languages.
