Expertise in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting is crucial. Experience in partnering with Product, Support, and Cloud Operations in a SaaS environment is required.

The impact you will have

In this role, you will join a growing FP&A team that is building out new systems and processes to support the company’s strategic objectives. As a part of the FP&A team, you will play a critical role in forecasting, analytics, budgeting, and reporting for our Product, Support and Hosting organizations. This role will be highly visible, and will be crucial to enabling the company to quantify and prioritize product roadmap decisions, and how Support and Hosting strategies will impact overall profitability as the company continues to to grow its customer base.

On a daily basis, you will

    • Maintain and enhance forecast models for cloud hosting, customer support, services and product expenses
    • Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for the company’s monthly and quarterly business reviews and board meetings
    • Develop deep understanding of hosting costs in order to predict changes in the organization’s gross margin profile
    • Support the Product org in generating annual budgets and recurring forecasts
    • Translate product roadmap initiatives into the company’s financial models in the form of ROI analysis
    • Evaluate the performance and efficiency of cloud resources
    • Identify opportunities to optimize cloud spending
    • Develop financial models to simulate different scenarios and assess the financial impact of changes in cloud usage, pricing models, or infrastructure configurations
    • Analyze, report and forecast support and hosting KPI’s (cost per customer, cost as % of revenue, CSAT, ticket volume)
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required

The skills you will demonstrate

    • A minimum of 8 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a software company
    • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting
    • Experience in partnering with Product, Support and Cloud Operations organizations within a SaaS environment
    • Experience in utilizing and reporting from AWS, GCP, Azure marketplaces
    • Knowledge of support’s impact on other KPI’s such as gross and net retention
    • Experience in extracting and transforming datasets from CRM / ERP / BI platforms
    • Demonstrated experience in forecast modeling
    • Comfort working in a multinational environment and collaborating with global teams
    • Attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Bonus: Experience with FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Pigment, Vena
    • MBA is a plus, but not mandatory
    • Ability to travel internationally 2-5 times per year
