Job Description

The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks within RE&F Serbia. These tasks include receiving incoming calls, managing mail and courier services, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing guest visits, and welcoming new employees. The role also involves booking and managing meeting rooms, preparing advance reports, ordering and issuing office supplies, collecting orders for coffee breaks and lunches, preparing certificates, copies, and scans of documents, participating in the organization of visits and cultural events, preparing printed materials, supporting internal document flow. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
Must have:
  • Accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility, sociability
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information
  • 1 year experience as a secretary or administrator
  • English: B2 (written and spoken)
Good to have:
  • Experience with financial systems (Oracle/SAP), Excel
  • Russian language
