Receiving incoming calls
Working with mail, couriers, courier services
Reception of incoming/outgoing correspondence
Participation in the organization of guest visits
Meeting new employees
Booking and control of meeting rooms
Assistance in the preparation of advance reports
Ordering and issuing office supplies
Collection of orders and purchase of products for coffee breaks, office supplies
Preparation of certificates, copies and scans of documents
Participation in the organization of visits, cultural events
Preparation of printed materials
Organization of coffee breaks and lunches during meetings and trainings
Support of internal document flow
Must have
Accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility, sociability
ability to work in a team
ability to work in multitasking mode
ability to work with a large amount of information
1 year experience as a secretary or administrator in a global company
English: B2 (written and spoken)
Nice to have
experience of work with financial systems (Oracle/SAP), Excel
Russian language
