Job Description

This role involves the planning and execution of account security products for Tencent's overseas games. Responsibilities include needs analysis, product design, development follow-up, and launch operations. The ideal candidate will analyze player account security trends, develop preventative measures, and create account security strategies. They will utilize advanced security and AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and should have experience with ToC account security products for a large user base. A strong understanding of account and data encryption, authentication, and security hardening is essential.

Must have:

Account security product planning & execution
Analysis of security trends and threats
Security strategy & solution development
Data analysis, evaluation, and decision-making
Experience with ToC account security products
3+ years of relevant experience

Good to have:

AI/ML knowledge for risk mitigation
Game industry knowledge
User experience focus

岗位职责

1、负责腾讯海外游戏账号安全产品的整体规划和执行，包括需求分析、产品设计、开发跟进和上线运营；
2、研究和分析玩家账号安全的最新趋势和黑产威胁，制定相应的安全防护方案。
3、制定相关游戏产品的账号安全运营策略、方案
4、利用先进的安全技术，借助AI技术提升安全产品对抗能力

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息安全或相关专业优先；
2、3年以上安全产品和技术相关经验，有游戏行业或信息安全产品经验者优先；
3、熟练掌握的安全知识，对帐号与数据加密技术、身份验证、安全加固、防攻击泄漏等方面有设计与运营能力。
4、熟练掌握安全数据分析、效果评估和决策方法。能够借助数据科学以及AI等技术在风险识别、风控策略、在线模型等方面做出解决方案。
5、负责过 toC 领域帐号安全产品，具备面对海量用户设计与实施的帐号产品相关经验。
6、了解游戏行业及其账号安全的挑战和需求，对游戏充满热情，关注用户体验和安全。
