If you are a project manager with at least 3 years of experience in the ESG field, here is what you could expect:
At Nasdaq, within our Metrio Nasdaq ESG team, project managers are responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Throughout the project management process, they ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget and are responsible for the quality of what is delivered and customer satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

• Identify and gather customer requirements and construct requirements specifications.

• Participate in project framing in collaboration with data analysts.

• Understand the needs of the client, the advisor and the challenger if necessary on the KPIs and environmental frameworks to follow.

• Structuring the architecture of customer accounts and implementing calculations for ESG-related indicators (such as GHG emissions, energy, diversity and human resources).

• Model the customer data implementation methodology to describe and plan the tasks of Data Analysts.

• Ensure these tasks are completed, test your hypotheses, validate them or iterate.

• Improve our clients' data collection methodologies, data management, data visualization and reporting.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in environmental science, sustainability, health and safety, energy or a related field

• At least 3 years of project management experience in a client-facing role

• Experience in handling complex sustainability-related data

• Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, etc.

• The ability to implement and conclude client projects as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining exceptional client service

• An iterative approach to project management

• The ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once and be ready to take on something new with just a little notice

Bonus point if:

• You have experience working with complex data platforms or data software

• Proficiency in French
