Job Description

This role involves supporting annual performance and salary reviews, including data analysis and compensation planning. The specialist will also be involved in setting company-wide goals, managing equity programs, and ensuring compliance. Furthermore, the role requires identifying and driving process improvement projects and supporting internal audit requests as needed. The candidate should also work in a fast-paced tech environment.
Must have:

About the Role

  • Support our annual performance and salary review processes, including reviews, calibrations, data analysis and compensation planning
  • Support company-wide goal setting process, develop best practices, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Oversee administration of equity programs including monthly approval processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Identify and drive process improvement projects to streamline rewards operations and ensure data integrity
  • Drive process improvements projects and support internal audit requests as required

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
  • At least 2 years of in-house compensation and benefits experience 
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations and general HR related policies and processes
  • Proactiveness to initiate process improvements and automation implementations in a startup setting

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work with some level of ambiguity as we are still building many processes
