Join our dynamic Global Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer! We're looking for a passionate and fun individual with a proactive attitude, a lot of aptitude, and a creative mind to work on multiple exciting projects.

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include several simultaneous projects.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video for the team.

Components for Success: You…

• Have exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Possess hands-on experience with Adobe Suite tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (any other design software is a plus).
• Have proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work (portfolio required with application).
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work under pressure and constantly meet deadlines.
• Thrive in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
• Have experience working with B2C and B2B markets.
• Have experience working on print materials.
• Have experience working on high-volume banner promos.
