Overview

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the graphic design team to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Provide creative direction and guidance on design projects
- Oversee the development of visual concepts, graphics, and layouts
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions
- Review and approve design drafts, mockups, and final deliverables
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Implement and maintain efficient design processes and workflows
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget
