Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize marketing channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads 2. Analyzing and reporting: Analyze data to gain insights and informed decisions to increase growth 3. Manage creative briefs and ensure fluidity between creative, content and brand teams 4. Manage SEO, ASO efforts: Own organic traffic targets and ensure to completion of organic improvement projects Qualifications: ● Experience: 1-3 years of non-internship experience in performance marketing, either on the agency or brand side. SEO experience is a plus but not mandatory. ● Industry: Experience in the fintech domain is a plus but not mandatory. Skills: ● Managed paid marketing budgets in excess of INR 30lac/month ● Handled Google Ads, Meta Ads in-depth; adept in execution and strategy of these channels ● Analytical mindset and expertise in Excel is mandatory ● Self motivated, comfortable in stakeholder management Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or any related field.
