Job Description

The Head of Responsible Gaming will lead Easygo's global Responsible Gaming strategy and framework, overseeing the RG team and ensuring compliance with various market regulations. This role involves providing guidance, championing best practices, advising executive leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing RG policies, providing training and support, monitoring player activity and risk assessment, processing RG complaints, and proactively identifying player safety concerns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership role, a strong understanding of RG regulations and best practices, and proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Job Details

As the Head of Responsible Gaming, you will lead the company’s global Responsible Gaming strategy and framework. You’ll oversee the Responsible Gaming team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support while championing best practices across the business.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in various markets, acting as a key advisor to executive leadership, and partnering with cross-functional teams—such as Compliance, Legal, Product, and Customer Operations—to embed responsible gaming principles throughout the organisation.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll also represent the business in conversations with regulators and industry bodies, while leveraging data and insights to improve outcomes for players and the business alike.

Role and Responsibilities:
Create, implement and manage RG policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant
jurisdictions
Provide training and support in RG processes and procedures for relevant business areas
Monitor players through the various reporting tools and risk assessing RG flags and alerts, including
changes in player activity
Process RG complaints and manage the interaction and resolution process
Proactively assess player data and activity to identify player safety, affordability triggers and RG
Regularly assess and refine our evaluation and monitoring programme to ensure safer gambling

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership / Responsible Gaming coaching role
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM etc.)
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous)

Desirable qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field advantageous however not a must

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
