Recognised in our sector by an extensive, reputable history and broad product range, Nintendo Australia currently has a vacancy for a HR Administrator to join the team on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources Department with the day-to-day administrative functions and activities.

Key requirements for the role include:
Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process via Ascender.
Administration of the HR on-boarding and Induction process.
Coordinating the probation review process for new employees.
Maintaining and updating the Flexible Working Arrangements applications.
Conducting monthly medical certificate and gym membership checks.
Maintaining and distribution of Service Award records.
Maintaining and updating Elmo Performance and Training modules.
Coordinating annual flu shots for all NAL Employees when required.
Maintaining, filing and archiving of documents within the HR Department.
Assisting with other duties in the Human Resources team as required.
To succeed in the role, you will require:
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on time management and flexibility.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Previous experience in a similar role.
