Job Description

The Hub Scheduler will be responsible for managing the scheduling of Care Professionals, ensuring accurate creation of care rosters, and maintaining the continuity and quality of care provided to clients in their homes. This role involves working closely with Care Professionals and clients to efficiently schedule care visits in compliance with their care plans. A background in healthcare, social care, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Familiarity with domiciliary care needs and regulatory standards is advantageous.

Job Description

Role: Hub Scheduler

Salary: £28,755

London Care SE16 7DW

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of Care Professionals, ensuring the accurate creation of care rosters, and maintaining the continuity and quality of care provided to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with both our Care Professionals and clients to ensure that all care visits are scheduled efficiently and in compliance with their care plans.

Qualifications

· A background in healthcare, social care, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience in working with Care Professionals or support staff is desirable.

· Familiarity with the needs of clients receiving domiciliary care is an advantage

· Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with staff, clients, and families.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation, reporting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

· Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare or homecare settings is advantageous.
