About the job:

Good to have:
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics
  • Experience with advanced data visualization techniques
  • Experience training procurement teams on self-service reporting tools
  • Experience with SQL or other query languages
  • Experience in data governance principles
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and systems

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; including experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and storytelling with data to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experienced in training and supporting procurement teams on the effective use of self-service reporting tools.
  • Experience in SQL or other query languages for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience in data governance principles and practices, with experience in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in reporting activities.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and systems, with experience in designing and developing self-service reporting tools tailored for procurement stakeholders.

  • Conduct analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to procurement operations.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using data visualization and reporting tools and software.
  • Support ongoing manual reporting activities by generating ad-hoc reports, and analysis as needed for specific operational requirements and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of manually prepared reports.
