IT Service Delivery Manager

Overview of the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead the implementation of core ServiceNow modules including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). As a ServiceNow Delivery Manager/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of ServiceNow platform functionalities while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, technical solutions.

Position Details

• Type: Contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, remote, working in the EST time zone.
• Duration: 7 - 12 months expected
• Pay: $60 - $65/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible, W2 only.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct business analysis and gather detailed requirements to design structured ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deploy ServiceNow functionalities effectively.
• Provide detailed configuration and customization requirements to support module implementation.
• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements traceability, test evidence, and governance artifacts.
• Continuously identify and resolve platform issues, driving ongoing service improvements across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and ServiceNow consulting.
• Proven expertise in implementing HAM, SAM, CMDB, and IRM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong business analysis and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management for enterprise IT solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of ServiceNow across organizations.
• Experience in supporting testing phases and ensuring that platform functionalities meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the creation of structured project artifacts like requirements and test cases.
