Job Description
As a Junior Crowd Animator, you will be part of a team creating animations for secondary characters in an action-packed show. Your daily tasks involve focusing on comedic timing, acting choices, and meeting production deadlines while adhering to the Director's vision and client briefs. You will also communicate regularly with your Team Lead and Animation Supervisor, manage your time to meet deadlines, ensure your work clearly communicates the story, and respond to feedback. Additionally, you'll create and apply animation cycles on background characters, working efficiently with large volumes of characters and using methods like caching to speed up the workflow.
Must have:
- Work as part of a team of animators, communicating regularly.
- Manage time efficiently to meet assigned shot deadlines.
- Communicate the story, ideas, and acting choices clearly.

Job Details
Our Junior Crowd Animators work within a team of animators to create an interesting array of characters animation for secondary characters. For this action packed show, secondary characters play a huge role in the storytelling and in some moments, are key to the story.
The day-to-day focuses on comedic timing, charming acting choices, and production deadlines, whilst meeting the Director's vision and the brief from the Client.

Day to Day:
- Working as part of a team of animators, and regularly communicating with your Team Lead and Animation Supervisor.
- Managing your time efficiently to meet the deadlines of your assigned shots.
- Making sure your work is communicating the story, ideas and acting choices clearly from blocking through to the final animation.
- Responding positively to, and acting on notes and feedback from your Director and Animation Supervisor.
- Creating and applying animation cycles on background characters.
- Working efficiently with large volumes of characters and applying methods e.g. caching to speed up the workflow.
