Job Description

Barracuda Networks seeks a Learning & Org Development Intern to support the Human Resources team in creating key learning opportunities for employees. Responsibilities include supporting the communication and launch of the annual employee engagement survey, analyzing results, and creating communication plans. The intern will also assist in designing, implementing, and measuring various organization-wide development opportunities, including instructor-led classes, manager summits, online learning modules, and department-specific projects. This role requires creativity, openness to new ideas, and a passion for employee and leadership development. The intern will gain experience in all aspects of organizational development using tools like Articulate 360 and a Learning Management System.

Must have:

Support employee engagement survey
Analyze survey results and create communication plans
Assist in design and implementation of employee development programs
Experience with Articulate 360 or similar tools

What you'll be working on

Employee Engagement Survey

Support the communication and launch of our annual organization-wide engagement survey.

Help to analyze the results and put together a plan for communicating key themes to leaders.

Manager & Employee Development

Assist in the design, implementation and measurement of various organization-wide development opportunities, including instructor-led classes, manager summit, online learning modules and department-specific learning projects as needed.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $22.00 - $33.00 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
