This role involves recruiting, managing, and maintaining relationships with live-streaming Mahjong game broadcasters. Responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment plans, communicating with potential streamers, evaluating their skills (image, streaming ability, Mahjong expertise, interaction), ensuring monthly recruitment targets are met (X streamers), maintaining long-term relationships, resolving issues, analyzing industry trends and competitor strategies, and optimizing recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in live streaming commerce, streamer recruitment, or related fields, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for Mahjong, strong data analysis abilities, and a proactive, responsible, and collaborative work ethic.

Must have:

1-2 years experience in live streaming or related field

- 主播招募：制定并执行主播招募计划，通过多种渠道广泛挖掘和招募符合麻将直播要求的主播，确保每月完成 [X] 名主播的招募目标。 - 沟通建联：与潜在主播进行沟通洽谈，详细介绍公司优势、直播平台政策、合作模式以及待遇福利等，解答主播疑问，建立良好合作关系。 - 对招募到的主播进行初步筛选和评估，考察其形象气质、直播能力、麻将游戏水平、互动能力等，向团队输送优质主播资源。 - 维护与主播的长期合作关系，定期回访，了解主播需求，协调解决主播在直播过程中遇到的问题，提高主播留存率。 - 分析行业动态和竞争对手主播招募策略，提出针对性的优化建议，不断完善招募流程和方案。

职位要求

- 有 1 - 2 年以上直播行业商务、主播招募或相关工作经验，熟悉主播招募渠道和流程者优先。 - 具备出色的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够与不同类型的主播进行有效沟通，达成合作意向。 - 对麻将游戏有浓厚兴趣，了解麻将游戏规则和玩法，熟悉麻将直播市场者优先。 - 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析评估招募效果，优化招募策略。 - 工作积极主动，有较强的责任心和执行力，具备良好的团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
