Responsibilities

We’re looking for an organized Creative Traffic Manager with 5+ years of experience managing competing tasks and workflows, and working with people in different roles. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be an integral part of keeping a growing creative team of designers and editors organized and on track.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Intake, assign, and manage internal creative requests, prioritizing and re-prioritizing based on shifting needs
  • Support Video and Design teams and other cross-team projects by managing multiple simultaneous workloads, timelines, and project communications
  • Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced work environment, and communicate actively with the team
  • Work with Creative Manager and Marketing Strategists to put together project timelines for campaigns, tradeshow, and large initiatives 
  • Work with the Creative Manager to organize logistics including video shoot locations, schedules, equipment, contractors/crews, and more
  • Manage freelancer/vendor communications and invoices
  • Responsibility for US gaming marketing budget in collaboration with team and Vice President, including invoicing and PO process, tracking expenditures, managing dashboards for ongoing analysis of budget health.
  • Admin for Creative Services’ Project Management Software 
  • Maintenance of Wrike, to include monthly and weekly reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:

  • Top-notch project and time management skills — excellent organization, communication, flexibility and a very strong attention to detail
  • The ability to anticipate and effectively communicate and solve practical problems or issues
  • Professional demeanor; ability to work well with people at all levels and ability to navigate relationships with other creatives
  • Awareness of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for various types of creative projects
  • Interest or experience in production or pre-press a plus

 
Required education and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a traffic manager/project manager role
  • 2+ years of experience working in a creative environment
  • In-House or Agency experience

 
Software :
Project Management Software: Advanced knowledge of project management software. Must not know Wrike for project management, scheduling, and reporting – but have a willingness to jump in and learn
Communication Tools: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop would be a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
