Electronics Lab Manager

What you will be doing:

The Electronics Lab Manager will play a meaningful role in our team: managing our lab space, assembling and testing prototypes, reworking assemblies, running electronics tests, and handling hardware bring-up and characterization.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Electronic and Mechanical lab spaces
Participate in the prototyping process for products and test hardware
Handle new hardware bring-up
Run testing protocols for a wide variety of electronic hardware

You must have:

A B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or relevant industry experience
Strong research and problem solving skills
Experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc)
Experience with soldering SMT electronics
Ability to both work in a team and self-manage
Strong desire to be an extraordinary teammate with a collaborative interpersonal communication style
Openness to participate in a feedback-based work process to guide improvements and drive growth

You should have:

Electronics assembly experience (SMT)
Experience with Git and content management
Experience with ECAD software (Altium, etc)
A strong desire to acquire new skills

It’s helpful to have:

Programming skills (e.g. Javascript, Swift, Python, etc)
