As a Multinational Account Manager at MMB, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our multinational clients. You will be responsible for understanding their unique needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

As Multinational Account Manager at MMB, we will count on you to:
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within multinational client organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strategic Account Planning:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, developing customized strategies to meet their needs.
Create and implement account plans that align with client goals and MMB’s service offerings.
Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including placement, operations,wellness,, and our comprehensive Benefit and Compensation Solutions offer through Mercer,, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
Participate in global initiatives and projects to enhance service offerings and client experience.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.
Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis and best practices.
Identify opportunities for MMB to expand its services and offerings within multinational accounts.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance client strategies.
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuary, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within the insurance or brokerage industry.
Proven track record of managing multinational accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
Strong understanding of global markets, insurance products, and risk management solutions.
