Responsibilities include supporting client events, managing the vault desk and reception, assisting with material tracking and project preparation, maintaining studio cleanliness, shadowing production team members to learn post-production workflows, and handling administrative tasks. The internship also includes a cohort-based curriculum with workshops and a guest speaker series focusing on career development. The ideal candidate demonstrates interest in post-production finishing, color grading, dailies, or technical support and possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

- Supporting the Client Services team with client and industry events, including full-range set-up and breakdown.
- Providing staffing and coverage for vault desk, reception, and front office as needed.
- Assisting the Production team across the areas of material tracking (incoming and outgoing), project/session preparation, and delivery.
- Supporting studio cleanliness by monitoring bays and common areas for tidiness and upkeep.
- Shadowing Production team members and gaining exposure to the postproduction workflow and creative processes in various departments.
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Explore various career paths through interactive workshops and a guest speaker series.
- Engage in professional development to set career goals and build workplace skills.
WHAT YOU BRING:
As the ideal candidate, you will have demonstrable interests in postproduction finishing, color grading/correction, dailies, and/or technical support.
You will also have:

INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
