Tuyển dụng
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu phòng ban liên quan về vị trí cần tuyển.
- Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng chi tiết dựa trên nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp.
- Sử dụng các kênh tuyển dụng đa dạng (trang web việc làm, mạng xã hội, trung tâm giới thiệu việc làm, sự kiện tuyển dụng, v.v.).
- Tiếp nhận và sàng lọc hồ sơ ứng viên.
- Trao đổi, phóng vấn ứng viên Lao động phổ thông
- Quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng:
- Thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan đến việc nhận việc của ứng viên.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định và chính sách của công ty trong quá trình tuyển dụng
- Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tuyển dụng nhân sự hoặc tương tự.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan Quản trị nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh...
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí lao động phổ thông.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và đa nhiệm;
- Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
