Tiếp nhận yêu cầu phòng ban liên quan về vị trí cần tuyển.
Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng chi tiết dựa trên nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp.
Sử dụng các kênh tuyển dụng đa dạng (trang web việc làm, mạng xã hội, trung tâm giới thiệu việc làm, sự kiện tuyển dụng, v.v.).
Tiếp nhận và sàng lọc hồ sơ ứng viên.
Trao đổi, phóng vấn ứng viên Lao động phổ thông
Quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng:
Thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan đến việc nhận việc của ứng viên.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định và chính sách của công ty trong quá trình tuyển dụng
Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tuyển dụng nhân sự hoặc tương tự.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan Quản trị nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh...
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí lao động phổ thông.
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và đa nhiệm;
Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
