As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Position Summary:
Individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance PwC India Acceleration Center’s brand presence and student engagement on campus. This role involves working collaboratively to create and support branding initiatives, events, and programs that drive campus recruiting & engagements.

 

Years of experience- 4+ years of experience

Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad

Education- Any graduation/post graduation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote student engagement
  • Coordinate and oversee events, workshops, internships and other engagement activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote campus events and programs.
  • Utilize social media, email newsletters, and other communication channels to engage with students and the campus community.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data on student participation and feedback to inform future programming.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Develop and manage budgets for branding and engagement programs and events.

 

Desired Qualification:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful student engagement programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience with event planning and project management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Skilled in creating compelling presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in using social media and other digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
