About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior HR Executive to build the HR function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: a) HR Department Setup
Establish the HR function, processes, and team structure to align with business goals.
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect organizational values.
b) Talent Acquisition & Team Building [10%-20%]
Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring plans and build high-performing teams.
Develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
c) Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Create programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
d) Compensation and Benefits
Design competitive CTC packages, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives.
Manage leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance with statutory requirements.
e) Culture and Organizational Development
Build a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
Develop training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and productivity.
f) Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and improve processes.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR. • Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch in a growing organization. • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee benefits, and compliance. • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
