Ninja Van is seeking a Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of sales, business development and marketing experience, particularly in 3PL logistics, fulfillment, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing customer portfolios, strong strategic thinking, and a passion for fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Job Details

Responsibilities

    • Drive top line growth based on internal and external leads aligned to Fulfillment sales target.
    • Provide fulfillment technical expertise and product knowledge to sales PIC from other Sales Channels
    • Support Fulfillment Commercial initiative to create qualified leads from Sales Channel via top of funnel exercise.
    • Engagement with clients and understanding fulfillment requirements, and work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions
    • Work closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Project and other teams to close funnels through bottom of funnel exercise/approach
    • Responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, targeted towards existing and new NinjaVan customers.
    • Work on complex commercial negotiations with clients, including cross selling various products aiming to push for new wins
    • Independently prepare, draft and review presentations with customers.
    • Work closely on contract negotiation and engagements between clients and legal team.
    • Provide sales activities updates for management review.
    • Handle inquiries and perform related duties including ad hoc and Fulfillment related tasks as assigned.
    • Gain market insights in order to penetrate new Fulfillment business opportunities.

    • Thúc đẩy tăng trưởng doanh thu dựa trên các khách hàng tiềm năng bên trong và bên ngoài để phù hợp với mục tiêu bán hàng của Fulfillment.

Requirements

    • At least 1-3 years of extensive experience in sales, business development and marketing
    • Experience in 3PL logistics business development, particularly fulfillment and warehousing
    • Track Record on managing and growing customer portfolio aligned to target given
    • At least College / Degree in any field
    • Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen
    • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate task
    • Sales/ Business development or account management experience in Ecommerce Logistics market
    • Strong existing working relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)

    • Kinh nghiệm bán hàng / phát triển kinh doanh hoặc quản lý tài khoản trong thị trường hậu cần thương mại điện tử
