Summary

Level Infinite seeks a Nikke Content Coordinator and Community Manager to oversee global community and content strategy for their popular game, NIKKE. Responsibilities include developing and executing community strategies, creating engaging content (videos, visuals, copy), collaborating with various teams (development, marketing), fostering a thriving UGC/PUGC ecosystem, and utilizing user feedback to improve the game and maintain positive player relations. The role requires fluency in Japanese and a deep understanding of the ACG (Anime, Comic, Game) market, particularly Japanese trends and the Nikke fanbase.
Must have:
  • 3+ years community management/content creation experience
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience with NIKKE game
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
  • Overseas community management experience preferred

【岗位职责】

1.负责海外热门游戏“NIKKE”的全球社区与内容运营统筹,包括海外官方社区相关策略制定、执行、监控和分析,提升用户对游戏和社区的粘性; 2.善于策划及撬动高品质创意内容的产出[活动、视频、平面、文案等],推进内容落地并监测效果; 3.与游戏研发、运营、品牌营销等团队协作,根据游戏节点,进行话题打造、社区运营和用户运营,以社区流量、活跃为目标,助力游戏新进,活跃和回流; 4.打造符合二次元IP特征的UGC/PUGC体系,沉淀优质的内容合作伙伴; 5.基于用户反馈和需求,市场数据分析,通过活动、内容等手段,沉淀和维护核心用户,维护产品口碑。

Requirements:

1.3年及以上社区运营或内容产出相关工作经验,有海外社区运营经验者优先; 2.热爱ACG,需有NIKKE的游戏经验,尤其关注日本流行、二次元或相关方面前沿动态; 3.日语听说读写流畅,能够作为日常工作语言; 4.沟通能力强,善于与用户交流,善于沟通和协调资源,有极强的工作责任心。
