The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering and managing the Malaysian user base for Garena's products. Key responsibilities include launching and managing official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, etc.), creating engaging content in Bahasa Melayu and English, translating social media posts, moderating online communities, organizing local events, collaborating with content creators, and working with marketing and publishing teams to develop effective campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, game operations, or game publishing, strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English, a deep understanding of the gaming industry and mobile battle royale games, and a passion for pop culture.
