Our Analysts support the day-to-day processes ensuring best practices are shared and followed. The role includes critical analysis of data to be used in Nielsen reporting. The ideal person for this role must bring an attitude to learn from experienced team members, independently works to achieve job responsibilities while consistently collaborating with other team members, be technology savvy, has great organizational skills, is an intuitive and creative problem solver and can maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in the daily production schedule which requires a Monday-Friday US EST working schedule.
- Understanding of process flows and timing of input data and output data.
- Process and support the classification of data, quality checks, defined reports.
- Apply knowledge of defined procedures, delivery schedules and SLAs to ensure compliance and the quality of assigned work, utilizing current standards and through established data relationships and calculations.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the integrity of data for clients and downstream systems.
- Researches and analyzes data discrepancies.
- Supports team members to ensure that a true resolution is achieved for all escalations and other classification issues identified.
- Provide consistent and clear updates as work is being delivered.
- Identify opportunities for procedure improvement.
- Provide input on business requirements for system enhancements.
- Execute responsibilities and have an understanding of how their responsibilities fit into the larger organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1- 3 years experience as a coordinator, data processor or similar role with responsibilities managing process flows.
- Demonstrated success in a role requiring a strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Demonstrated ability to use logic to analyze data and draw conclusions and providing advice, or be able to consult with other team members.
- Experience working within and understanding of process flows and identifying and adjusting when interruptions or delays occur.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in written communication.
- Proficient with the use of Google desktop tools and Microsoft Offices tools, especially Excel.
- Maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crisis situations.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
- Strong knowledge of the US geography and media landscape
