Parts Advisor, Setagawa

Tesla is seeking a Parts Advisor in its rapidly growing service team in Setagawa, Nagoya. This role involves managing all aspects of parts operations within the service center, including ordering parts from the manufacturer, managing inventory, and interacting with customers. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, organizing, and shipping parts; creating part estimates; handling customer inquiries via phone and email; using inventory management systems; ensuring part quality; processing warranty returns; and managing inventory levels. The ideal candidate possesses experience in automotive parts management, strong knowledge of automotive parts and tools, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel may be required.
