Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, organizing, and shipping parts; creating part estimates; handling customer inquiries via phone and email; using inventory management systems; ensuring part quality; processing warranty returns; and managing inventory levels. The ideal candidate possesses experience in automotive parts management, strong knowledge of automotive parts and tools, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel may be required.
