Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, conducting performance reviews, facilitating 1-to-1 meetings, and off-boarding procedures;
Enhance team communication across various locations (LatAm and Africa) to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals;
Utilize HRM systems to manage and streamline employee lifecycle processes effectively;
Participate in interviews, assessing soft skills and alignment with corporate values to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates;
Assist in the development of specialists by identifying training needs and contributing to the creation of Personal Development Plans (PDPs);
Proactively identify and resolve conflict situations within the team;
Contribute to HR analytics preparation to gain insights into workforce trends and dynamics.
3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager;
Demonstrated experience working with international teams, preferably in a multicultural environment;
Proficiency in English;
Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques;
Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders;
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks efficiently;
Strong critical thinking;
Data-driven approach.
