Print Fulfillment Specialist

We’re hiring a Print Fulfillment Specialist to join the Creative Management Team at a leading professional services firm in New York City. This is a fully onsite, 3+ month contract role supporting high-impact print operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This opportunity puts you at the heart of a respected firm's creative production efforts. You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager and team members to manage print workflows, maintain print equipment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality printed materials for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printers and offset presses, ensuring proper setup and high-quality print output

• Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process and prepare final materials for distribution

• Support daily operations of the Creative Manager and contribute during team status meetings

• Manage print workflows by reviewing incoming requests and assigning work to internal resources or external print vendors

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Hands-on experience operating various types of printing equipment

• Strong understanding of printing techniques, including offset lithography, digital printing, and flexography

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign

To qualify for benefits, you must work 30+ hours per week and the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
