Job Description

The Procurement Lead will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions, working closely with the Client and cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights. Responsibilities include acknowledging and responding to customer complaints, resolving customer queries, handling backorder reports and customer portal requests, ensuring written communication adheres to procedures, processing requests as per client TAT and quality, and demonstrating expertise in supply chain processes and order management. The role requires a good understanding of SAP and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer order management processes, including order creation, PO processing, and handling customer inquiries.
Must have:
  • Acknowledge customer complaints promptly and fairly.
  • Independently receive, document, investigate, and resolve customer queries.
  • Work on Backorder Reports and Customer Portal Requests.
  • Ensure all written communication aligns with customer care procedures.
  • Process all requests and inquiries according to Client TAT and quality standards.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain processes and Order Management knowledge.
  • Willingness to work according to business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer order management.
  • Handle customer inquiries independently through Phone or emails.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Procurement Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.

Primary Skills

  • Acknowledging customer complaints promptly and responding to them within set time limits, systematically and fairly
  • Responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating and resolving customers’ queries within agreed authority
  • Acknowledge & work on Backorder Reports & Customer Portal Requests
  • Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures
  • Ensure that all requests / Inquiries are processed as per Client TAT & quality
  • Expertise on Supply Chain processes with a good level of understanding on Order Management
  • Should be willing to work as per Business requirement
  • Working knowledge in SAP
  •  Excellent written and Verbal communication
  • Experience in customer order management process – Order creation, PO processing, Handling Customer queries, Exposure to SAP and Zendesk
  • Can independently handle customer inquiries through Phone or emails
  • Good understanding of end to end customer management process
