Job Description

As a Professional Services Consultant Intern (SkillBridge) at Zscaler, you'll be part of the Customer Success Organization, focusing on high-impact customer experiences. Responsibilities include establishing success criteria and timelines for deployment projects, maintaining project tracking and customer issue documentation, building customer relationships, and conducting welcome calls. The role involves working closely with key customer stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support, maximizing the utilization of Zscaler's technology.
Must have:
  • 180 days or less of service remaining before discharge
  • 180 continuous days of active service
  • Unit commander approval
  • Approved MOU submitted before start
  • Establish project success criteria and timelines
  • Maintain project tracking and customer documentation
Good to have:
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM hypervisors
  • Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, MS Active Directory

We leverage valuable data and research to provide expert, hands-on support starting from the implementation phase and beyond, ensuring customers achieve their goals and leverage our technology to its fullest potential. We're looking for an experienced IT, Cyber or Engineering SkillBridge candidates to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager professional Services, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establish success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines for deployment projects and ensure projects remain on track.
  • Maintain project tracking and customer issue documentation within appropriate systems and databases.
  • Build and maintain well-established relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Perform welcome calls with customers, describing the service, tools, and process.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
  • Obtain approval from your unit commander.
  • MOU must be approved and submitted before start.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Professional experience/familiarity operating solutions built on: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Experience with Hypervisors (in order of preference): VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
  • Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, and MS Active Directory.
