This Program Manager role at Google in Warsaw, Poland focuses on managing the supply chain delivery of data center infrastructure components. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and suppliers to ensure on-time equipment delivery, mitigating delivery risks, managing project deliverables and change management, overseeing risk escalations, driving risk mitigation activities (including equipment protection plans), and developing handover processes for contractors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program management experience, facilities management and construction experience, and expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and vendor partnerships. Experience with data center construction or operations is preferred.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Facilities Management and Construction.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in vendor partnership management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Data Center system construction or operations.
- Knowledge of Data Center Operations, and Engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to drive risk management and escalation reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Teams and the Supplier to maintain On-Time Equipment Delivery, expediting and mitigating equipment delivery risks.
- Manage and maintain project deliverables and change management oversight.
- Oversee Risk Escalations with all stakeholders including project and program level.
- Drive risk identification and mitigation activities including transfer of ownership, equipment protection plans, and loose ship material management.
- Develop hand-off process to be used by the contractors for approval/acceptance of shipments delivered to site.
