Job Description

The Project Manager will collaborate with the client to deliver digital projects. They will guide digital communication efforts across various platforms, ensuring projects are on strategy, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and change, paying attention to detail while defining strategic plans. This role involves working cross-functionally with Creative, Development, and other business stakeholders.
Must have:
  • 4+ years experience in digital project management
  • 4+ years experience managing product launches and campaigns
  • 2+ years developing marketing content for digital platforms
  • Experience leading marketing content development
  • Experience with iWork & Office productivity tools
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools
  • Strong project management principles knowledge
  • Manage client conversations about scope, budget

Job Details

The Project Manager plays an integral role in collaborating closely with our client to deliver on digital projects which drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. You will guide digital communication efforts on a range of platforms. Our client’s digital properties are a showcase for Internet standards and innovation in addition to being a critical part of the product marketing strategy. 

You will work cross functionally with Creative, Development, and other business stakeholder teams to deliver creative objectives and results. Candidates for this position must have a solid track record of overseeing projects and ensuring they are product on strategy, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans.

You Have: 

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital project management supporting the marketing and development of digital communications across a variety of channels and platforms
  • 4+ years’ experience managing product launches, campaigns, platforms and corporate initiatives  
  • 2+ years’ developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners
  • Experience leading the development of marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies  
  • Experience with iWork & Office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques
  • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies
